Chairman and Senior Lecturer in Leadership
From factory worker to Deputy Director-General of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission, Dr Ruben Richards has seen and been a part of it all. He completed four degrees in three different countries finishing with a doctorate (PhD) majoring in Old Testament Studies. Ruben’s professional and academic career has been multidisciplinary and multifaceted, serving in executive and leadership positions in Government, Private Sector Business, Higher Education institutions, and the Faith Community. Using the skills and knowledge that he has gathered he strives to accomplish his dream of facilitating an integrated and holistic societal healing.
