The experience you gain on the GEBS Entrepreneurial Leadership Programme will stay with you far beyond the five days of your educational experience. It is designed to be a learning journey that lasts a lifetime.

Your journey begins two weeks before your arrival on campus or the virtual classroom. You will be asked to map the key strategic challenges that you have experienced during your work experience to date. Each one of our programmes are different, and you as participants bring your own unique examples and challenges to the conversation. The solutions you create on the programme will stay with you for the rest of your life and will impact every part of your life’s work. 

The focus on Entrepreneurial Leadership addresses the need for future-focused leadership training and development, by exposing you to new perspectives, knowledge and tools to maximise your entrepreneurial leadership skills. You’ll learn an approach to leadership that underpins its value in delivering meaningful outcomes across any business and industry , especially post the Black Swan event that the entire world has been exposed to in 2019 and 2020.

Participants will advance with invaluable  and important  skills. You will take the following away  with you:

• High-impact entrepreneurial  leadership capabilities: analyse the values, thinking, and practices that need to be developed to be a high impact entrepreneurial leader.
• Enhanced Sphere of Influence through communication: identify and design effective approach to communication for stakeholder engagement to drive high-impact social change in your business and industry.
• A certificate of completion from the Brunel University of London, Business Hive of Brunel Business School: Endorsement  of your brand new high-impact entrepreneurial leadership knowledge and skills.

Once you have completed the five-day programme, you will have the opportunity to engage in follow-up coaching through which to continue the process of reflection that began on the course, deepening your ongoing learning and personal development once you return to the workplace.
